3.2 Booking Confirmation

Your appointment is confirmed when:

  • A therapist is available to see you immediately (for walk-ins)

3.3 Appointment Times

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or shorten your treatment to accommodate other clients.

4. Cancellations and No-Shows

5. Pricing and Payment

5.3 Payment Timing

Payment is required:

  • Walk-in clients: Immediately after treatment

6. Your Rights as a Consumer

6.1 Consumer Rights Act 2015

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to receive services that are:
